Position Summary Information

Position Summary

Provides administrative support to the Executive Administrative Assistant of Administrative Services and to the Vice President of Administrative Services related to the Bond Election and administrative procedures.

• Assists in the college’s preparation of a Bond Election
• Keeps abreast of governmental rules and regulations regarding current election laws
• Assists with the following of election laws as directed by Bond Counsel and Election Clerk
• Works with the County election office for proper input of election data
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of general office experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Significant familiarity with state election laws and procedures
• Significant familiarity with College administrative procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree
• Prior experience with bond election preparations

Work Hours

TBA; less than 19 hours per week
